Support

Entrepreneurs and business owners will be provided follow up coaching after they attend a webinar or face-to-face training. The coaching is intended to provide one-on-one assistance to help implement strategies and techniques learned during initial training. This session can be used as a time to gain clarity regarding the training material, ask questions, and seek specific answers to their specific situations. Entrepreneurs and business owners will be offered an opportunity to have someone visit their location to offer assessments, feedback, sharing of best practices for their operations, and solutions to close the gap.

All other participants will be offered follow up coaching as well. This will be done, primarily, via phone and in person on the day of the training event.
